Cozy and comfortable stay! Positive: Well furnished and has all the necessary home appliances. Would love to stay here again

A good place to stay when visiting Rovaniemi. Positive: The property was clean and cozy. Even if outside were -25 Celsius, inside was very warm. I liked the part of checking-in and entering apartment through their site. If you don’t want to, after entering first time in the apartment, you have a key that you can use. We visited a lot so we stayed there only before bed and mornings. It was close to city center(around 17 mins by foot), bus stops(10 mins by foot) etc. The place was perfect for me and my son. Negative: Nothing to say here.

Over all Very Disapointing, I could not recommend it 3 or more people Positive: It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Negative: The studio apartment was was over priced and cramped for three people with inadequate space for luggage. The dinner plates could not fit in the microwave. Staff were slow to respond to questions before and during our stay. To cap it off we were only informed there was a 500 Euro fine if we failed to follow any of their conditions including Silence between 10pm and 7am until well after we had made and paid for the booking. Finaly the external door proved difficult to open the entrance door to the building

j'hésiterais certainement à relouer un appartement Negative: L'appartement XXIII était prévu pour 2 personnes avec 2 lits séparés or c'était un lit avec 2 surmatelas. 1 seul plafonnier avec une ampoule très faible dans la pièce obligation d'allumer l'entrée pour avoir un peu de luminosité. par ailleurs pas de petites cuillères, 1 grande cuillère, aucun torchon de vaisselle, pas de balai. pour ce studio j'étais en contact avec le propriétaire afin de changer un studio de 4 en 1 studio de 3 et de transférer un enfant dans le studio XXIII (plusieurs heures de contact avec lui sans changement) nous n'avons jamais trouvé les parkings pour les 3 voitures et l'une d'entre a été abimée la 2ème nuit de notre séjour Rétroviseur arraché.

Positive: La localización y que el apartamento estaba totalmente equipado. Negative: La verdad que nos gustó todo. Como observación, pondría una escoba para barrer cuando sea necesario.
