Appartements Bellarova V

Negative: Stod at det skulle være terrasse, men var ikke det.

Positive: Logement propre, moderne, bien équipé, ustensiles de cuisine en suffisance, machine à laver, grande salle de bain, à 5 min de la gare des train, pas de contact avec les propriétaires mais instructions claires par mail pour le Check in et l entré dans l appartement. Negative: Cela ne m a pas trop dérangé pour ma part mais il faut savoir que c’est à 20-25 minutes du centre, un arrêt de bus à quelques minutes si pas de véhicule.

Positive: It was very well organized and it has a great system behind it. The check in is available 24h and through your own phone which was very practical due to our rather late arrival in Rovaniemi. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean. It had everything you need for your stay. There is a large supermarket and a McDonald’s a few minutes away. It is a 10 minute walk to the bus station that takes you to the city Centre and Santa Claus village and a 15 minute walk to the city Centre.

Positive: It was a renovated modern apartment with a nice bed and bathroom and appliances. Negative: It is UNBELIEVABLE the fact that they have more than 10 rules for the room, they have more than 10 instructions in order to get inside, they have fines you might get if you do this or that and they also demand 100 euro deposit for potential damages. We have never felt less welcome in any of the dozens of apartments we have stayed in our lives. It is also ironic that they suggest the guest in the end puts the dishwasher, throws out the garbage etc... If we knew from the beginning for all these we would have never stayed there, and also would never prefer it or suggest it again.
