Apartamento limpio y cómodo Positive: Ubicado relativamente cerca del centro, a 15-20 minutos a pie. Apartamento limpio y práctico para una estancia corta. Facilidad para entrar con código. Buena comunicación por parte del anfitrión. Negative: Las vistas desde el apartamento no son muy bonitas, cerca de una carretera de circunvalación. Que no se pueda regular la calefacción.

Positive: Limpeza extraordinária, localização, quentinho e tudo que era preciso. Apesar de pequeno era aconchegante, excelente para a estadia e com lugar para aparcar o carro. elevador para não precisar de escadas Negative: Aquando da reserva, podia estar melhor especificada a diferença entre os tipos de alojamento, ainda por cima como não reembolsável na altura que reservei não reparei logo que era o estúdio, podia ser melhor nesse aspeto para não induzir em erro, já que as fotos estão todas misturadas dos diversos tipops de alojamento

Amazing Positive: The apartment was amazing with everything you need. There is a supermarket 6 mins walking and the bus station 10 mind walking. The apartment is 10 mins drive from Santa Claus Village and it was very clean.

Beautiful & spotless apartment Positive: We stayed in a gorgeous apartment, it was so clean we were almost afraid to use it! Our flight arrived late, but the host got in contact with us straight away to let us know that was absolutely fine, which really eased our minds. Taxis arrive very quickly, however be careful when booking Ubers as they can sometimes go to the wrong door. Santa’s McDonald’s is directly across the road and a huge supermarket, which was very convenient. Santa Claus Village is only a 10-15 minute drive from the apartment, and Rovaniemi city centre is just a 5-10 minute drive away. A beautiful apartment in a great location, we would definitely stay again if we were going back. Negative: Maybe leave a fan in a press, as it got a bit too warm one of the nights. The only downside, and this is more a suggestion than a complaint, was checking in. When we arrived at 11pm, for whatever reason my phone wouldn’t switch over, so my internet wouldn’t work which caused a big issue with the check-in process. When I got to the smart lock step, I couldn’t activate it. I had screenshotted the first part of the instructions, so I managed to get that far. After a bit of panicking, my friend had a brainwave and suggested I connect to her hotspot, which allowed us to complete the check-in and get inside. At that hour of the night, it was also a little stressful not being 100% sure we were at the correct apartment door until we saw the photo in the instructions you’re half afraid you might be trying to get into someone else’s accommodation! Perhaps clearer door identification or offline instructions would help future guests arriving late. Overall, it’s a beautiful apartment in a great location, and we would definitely stay again if we were going back.
