Appartamenti Bellarova XVI

Nice convenient spot to stay in Rovaniemi! Positive: Good location next to the railway station. New building and fresh appartment. We really clean. Had dishwasher, laundry machine, coffee maker, microwave, water boiler. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and utensils. The apparment was small but compact. The balcony was big. Quiet neighbourhood.

Positive: Fully equiped appartment with comfortable bed. Negative: Bed is tightly stuck between two walls, access only from front. 100 euro damage deposit is highly irregular and resulted in minimal use of the facilities due to concern for claims by host. Upon arrival I found myself scanning the place and sending pics of flaws to the host so that I would not be held accountable. Watch out for greedy parking attendants lurking around. I received a ticket at 6am for parking the motorbike on a suitable unmarked spot, disputing was to no avail.

Achtung vor nicht deklarieren Zusatzkosten! Positive: Sehr schönes Apartment! Negative: Der Preis! Booking hat 76 € gekostet was soweit in Ordnung war! Aber uns wurde weitere 100€ von der Apartmentvermietung abgezogen. Das war nicht in Ordnung und gerechtfertigt. Das hat den Aufenthalt getrübt!
