Positive: House close to downtown, and close to a supermarket and pharmacy.
Easy check-in and check-out.
Small but comfortable house, equipped with appliances like any normal house, which makes it easy if you want to cook.
Negative: Separate beds and mattresses that it is not very comfortable for couples, and noise coming from the refrigerator (which is normal and cannot be remedied).
Need a bread knife.
